Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped with amenities such as a big TV, mini fridge, and iron, making the stay comfortable and convenient.

There have been some concerns raised about the cleaning staff's attention to the "do not disturb" sign, as one guest experienced an unwelcome interruption by a cleaner despite placing the sign outside the door.

Ample parking, well-maintained grounds, friendly and attentive staff, great bar snacks, comfortable and spacious rooms, lively atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in a wooded area in the heart of Nottingham city centre is simply stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. We were impressed with the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a nice touch. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden area, which was beautifully furnished with garden furniture. The breakfast at the dining restaurant was delicious and the staff were always ready to accommodate special dietary needs. The customer service here is truly exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We even requested a platter of sandwiches that was promptly provided by the polite and helpful staff at the reception desk.

This hotel is highly recommended for families.

The hotel is fairly large and fairly clean with a terrific restaurant, I had a really comfortable stay. Queen room was carpeted and spotless had down pillows.

The hotel's location was convenient, as it was very near the tram line, making it easy to travel into the city centre.

Fantastic staff and rooms, I enjoyed its essentials. The hotel was in a lovely area, near to motorway, the centre and Nottingham. I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a personal safe, a sofa bed, iron and ironing board. Early check-in was a bonus.

The public areas were not warm enough, and we had to eat in the bar with our coats on. It would be helpful for them to invest in upgrades to the infrastructure, such as glass walls or doors in the bar area, to better regulate the temperature.

Beautiful hotel located in a calm area very close to motorway, the city centre and Nottingham. All of the staff was attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was served in the dining room and food was good. The service in general was very good. Central setting of the property.
